Where did you hear about Tri-Sports Lanzarote

  • About Us

We are a husband-and-wife team living and working together in our self- created 'Athlete's Paradise'…

Daren is a dedicated Triathlete, having completed 9 Ironman 70.3 events and the Abu Dhabi Triathlon (short course) within the last 3 years and within this period has also qualified and raced in 2 Ironman 70.3 World Championships.
This year he has just completed his first Full Ironman – the 2012 IM Lanzarote, and will shortly be racing in Ironman Zurich, Switzerland. He is also a British Triathlon Federation Coach and he is "Living his Dream" training and coaching athletes every day from our beautiful Villa, set in the stunning landscape of our paradise island of Lanzarote.

Debs is the hostess and has worked most of her life in the catering industry.
She provides 'hearty', healthy meals and will cater for individual needs including Vegetarians, Celiacs etc… meals include BBQ nights and nights out, tasting the local Spanish cuisine.
As well as looking after all the logistics and catering requirements of your holiday, Debs also trains as much as she can – recently improving her swims to 3x 2k training swims a week, sea swims when she can and biking and running a few times a week. Debs has competed in many running races on Lanzarote – mainly 10k but the occasional half marathon…. And is hoping to get her first Triathlon under her belt by the end of 2012.

You will have every aspect of your holiday taken care of BY US so you can concentrate on training… and relaxing!
